From an initial consultation to find out about my business needs, Alex was on the ball straight away.
Alex followed up our meeting very quickly with a report outlining a clear, concise step by step plan of actions.
This included setting up a server tree, to helping me to understand the organization of my files in a logical sequence, mentoring me in excel spreadsheets as well as Alex producing a number of incredibly detailed spreadsheets and a structured database specifically for my company needs. She provided suggestions of how to protect my documents by scanning and filing all the ones I had created. She also produced examples of Power point presentations to aid my presentation skills. Alex even branded my worksheets which I use in Workshops.
